Moisture & oxygen
Keeping what should be out, out. The barrier level is set by the shelf life the product has to reach, not by a default.
Products, industries & customers
Tell us the product, the format and the volume. We print it, laminate it, convert it and deliver it as reels or as finished pouches.
How it comes together
Film is printed, laminated into a single structure and converted into the format your line needs. Whatever the format below, that is the sequence behind it.
Product range
Hover or tap a format to see where it fits. Anything here can be supplied as finished packaging or as reels for your own filling line.

Printed and laminated reels slit to your width and wound on your core, ready for form-fill-seal and flow-wrap lines.

A bottom gusset opens out so the packaging stands on shelf. Available with a zip-lock closure where the packaging needs to reseal.

A back seam running down the centre, with or without gussets. Efficient on material and suited to high-volume filling.

Sealed on three edges and left open at the top for your filling line. The simplest, most economical flat pouch.

Four sealed corners give the packaging square sides and a flat base, with two full panels free for print.

Built to take heat sterilisation after filling, for shelf-stable ready meals, curries and wet foods.

High barrier with the puncture and seal strength vacuum packing demands, for chilled and frozen protein.

Printed polyethylene bags for retail, garment packing, industrial and general-purpose use.

Large-format bags in heavier gauge film, for bulk quantities that have to survive handling, storage and transit.

A reclosable zip across the top, so the packaging opens and seals again for as long as the product lasts.

Laid in the trench above a buried service, carrying a conductive layer so a cable locator can trace the run from the surface. Tested in 2026 at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa. Report on request.

The plain version, for routes already mapped or where no locating is needed. Printed to the wording the utility or the contractor specifies.
Barrier & performance
The structure is decided by the job rather than picked off a list. Tell us the product, the shelf life you are aiming for and how the packaging gets filled, and we build the barrier to suit, and no heavier than it needs to be.
Keeping what should be out, out. The barrier level is set by the shelf life the product has to reach, not by a default.
For contents that degrade in daylight, the structure blocks light while keeping the shelf presence the brand needs.
For sharp, heavy or vacuum-packed contents, the packaging has to survive filling, handling and the length of the journey.
For packaging sterilised after filling or filled hot, the structure has to hold through the process without losing its seal.
Industries we serve
Different industries stress packaging in completely different ways. Running all of them through the same facility is how the specifications get sharper.
Printed laminates and stand-up pouches for Ceylon tea and coffee exporters, including packaging destined for Middle Eastern markets. Aroma retention and a premium print finish carry the brand.
Cashew, bakery, snacks, spices and sauces. Barrier structures matched to shelf life, and seal layers matched to the filling line.
Packaging that stays flexible and holds its seal at freezer temperature, through handling, transit and every step of the cold chain.
Printed bags, wraps and service packaging for restaurant chains, hotels and catering operations, where volumes repeat week after week and the packaging has to arrive right every time.
Packaging for gloves, devices and sanitary products, produced with clean room capability for customers whose hygiene requirements go beyond ordinary food packing.
Pouches, sachets and printed film for personal care and cosmetic brands, where the packaging is the shelf presence and the barrier protects the formulation.
Packaging for pet food, animal nutrition and veterinary products, with the barrier to hold fats and aromas in formats from sachets through to bulk bags.
Printed poly and laminated packaging for apparel groups and consumer brands, covering garment packing, retail presentation and protective film.
Technical films for the rubber and tyre industry, including release and separator film, plus packaging for construction chemicals, automotive care and industrial products.
Packaging for agricultural inputs, coir and coco peat, including bulk formats that have to survive handling and shipping.
Printed underground warning tape for buried water, power and telecom routes, laid in the trench above the service so the next person to open the ground finds the tape before they find the pipe. Supplied detectable, carrying a conductive layer a cable locator can trace from the surface, or plain.
Tested in 2026 at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa, for electrical conductivity, resistance to chemical attack and tensile strength, each against its international standard. The full report is available on request, and the tape is already in use on projects across Sri Lanka.
Our customers
Some sell here. Most ship abroad. All of them hand us the last surface their product touches before it reaches a customer.
